    At Loomy, we strive to provide students, parents, and educators with the best possible learning experience through our AI-powered educational platform. We understand, however, that situations may arise where you may request a refund. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are granted.

    1. General Principles

    • All payments made on Loomy are considered final, except in cases explicitly covered under this policy.
    • Refund requests must be made through our official support channel: support@loomylabs.tech (or in-app Help Desk).
    • We reserve the right to approve or decline refund requests based on fair use, platform integrity, and compliance with this policy.

    2. Eligibility for Refunds

    You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

    a. Technical Issues

    • If you were unable to access Loomy's services due to verified technical errors on our platform.
    • If paid features (such as Loomy Tales, Homework Help, or Curriculum Mode) fail to function as advertised and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

    b. Accidental Purchases

    • If you were charged by mistake (e.g., duplicate payment, incorrect subscription tier).
    • Refunds for accidental purchases must be requested within 7 days of the transaction.

    c. Subscription Renewals

    • If your subscription auto-renews and you did not intend to continue, you may request a refund within 7 days of renewal, provided you have not used premium features during that period.

    d. In-App Purchases

    • Certain consumable purchases (like one-time credits, story packs, or review tokens) are non-refundable once used.
    • If unused, a refund request may be considered within 7 days of purchase.

    3. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

    • Change of mind or lack of interest after purchase.
    • Dissatisfaction with learning outcomes, grades, or personal expectations (as Loomy is a study-assist tool, not a guaranteed results service).
    • Misuse of Loomy in violation of our Terms of Service.
    • Purchases made through third-party stores (Google Play, Apple App Store). For these, please contact the respective store directly.

    4. Processing of Refunds

    • Approved refunds will be credited back to original mode of payment within 7-14 business days.
    • In certain cases, we may offer account credits instead of monetary refunds, which can be used toward future Loomy services.

    5. School & Institutional Plans

    • Refunds for bulk licenses or school/institutional subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis under separate agreements.
    • Please refer to your School Partnership Agreement or contact your Loomy account manager.
